WBCS Paper-wise Syllabus

WBCS is WBPSC's flagship exam with three stages: Prelims (single GS paper, 200 marks, 2.5 hours, qualifying), Mains (6 compulsory papers of 200 marks each + Optional for Group A/B), and Interview (200 marks). The Prelims covers 9 sections of 20 marks each, with West Bengal-specific GK and Indian National Movement carrying significant weight.
