1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel an active subscription at any time from account billing settings.
  • Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge.
  • Access remains active until the current billing cycle ends unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests should be raised within 7 calendar days of successful payment.
  • Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, failed service activation, or billing errors.
  • Once substantial content has been consumed, refunds may be declined after review.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful plan activation.
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date.
  • Claims made after the eligible refund request window.
  • Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 to 14 business days. Final credit time depends on your payment provider, issuing bank, or card network.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a transaction appears debited but service is not activated, please contact support with your payment reference. We will verify status and resolve activation or refund as applicable.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Handling

Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Direct resolution is usually faster and helps avoid temporary service restrictions during payment disputes.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect billing, product, or legal changes. Revised terms are effective from the date published on this page.
