Newspaper reading for current affairs: The Hindu vs Indian Express vs PIB?

I cannot read all newspapers daily. Which one is most efficient for State PCS current affairs — The Hindu, Indian Express, or PIB? Is it better to read one newspaper thoroughly or skim multiple sources? How many hours should newspaper reading take daily?

Read ONE newspaper thoroughly rather than skimming three — The Hindu or Indian Express both work; pick the one whose editorial style you follow better. Use PIB for scheme/government factual accuracy. Cap newspaper time at 60-75 minutes; if it takes longer, you are reading like a reader, not an aspirant (skip sports/page-3).
