MPSC Prelims CSAT paper: Is it qualifying or do marks count?

In MPSC Rajyaseva Prelims, is the CSAT paper (Paper 2) qualifying only or do its marks count towards merit? I am weak in maths and reasoning — should I invest significant time in it or just focus on clearing the minimum cut-off?

In Rajyaseva Prelims, CSAT (Paper 2) is qualifying — you need 33% and the marks do not count toward merit. So clear the minimum comfortably and put your real effort into Paper 1. Do enough CSAT practice to not get surprised, but do not over-invest.
