MPPSC vs CGPSC: Which is more competitive and better for career growth?

I am eligible for both MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh) and CGPSC (Chhattisgarh). Which exam has more vacancies, better pay, and career growth? Is the preparation syllabus significantly different? Any advice from those who appeared for both?

MPPSC has more vacancies and a larger aspirant pool; CGPSC is smaller but historically less unpredictable in cut-offs. Pay scales are comparable. The state-specific 25% of each syllabus differs entirely (MP GK vs Chhattisgarh GK), so pick one as primary rather than splitting evenly.
