Is it possible to clear OPSC while working a full-time government job?

I am currently working in a state government office and want to attempt OPSC OAS. I can spare 3-4 hours daily for preparation. Is this realistic? Has anyone cleared OPSC while in service? What should my daily schedule look like?

Very doable — I know two officers who cleared in-service. 3-4 focused hours on weekdays + 8-10 on weekends works if you are consistent. The trick is fixed slots (early morning for static, commute for CA audio, night for revision) and protecting your two weekend days fiercely.
