Best strategy for OPSC Prelims current affairs — what sources do toppers use?

For OPSC Prelims, how much of current affairs is from national news vs Odisha-specific news? I have been reading The Hindu and PIB but I am not sure if I am missing Odisha-specific developments. What sources do you recommend for Odisha current affairs specifically?

Roughly 60% national, 40% Odisha-specific. For Odisha CA, read the Sambad / Dharitri editorials and the monthly Odisha Review. The state government press releases (information.odisha.gov.in) are gold for schemes — that is where most Odisha CA questions originate.
